Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Request

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 7 business days from the order date or prior to order dispatch.
  • Orders once shipped or delivered cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

  • If you are not satisfied with the groceries delivered (e.g., damaged, expired, or incorrect products), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Refunds will be initiated after investigation and confirmation of the issue.
  • If payment was made via credit/debit card, the refund will be credited back to the original card.
  • If payment was made via UPI or online wallets, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take up to 7 working days to reflect in your account.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the complaint is found invalid or if the product has been tampered with post-delivery.

Exchange Option

If you'd prefer a replacement instead of a refund, please mention this while contacting our support team. We'll try our best to arrange a prompt exchange.
